It has been a little over a year since Lena Holfve left us.
Now we have learned from her heirs that Lena’s ashes are scattered in the sea off Tyresö/Brevik, in the Stockholm archipelago.
It was entirely according to her wishes, she did not want a grave but to be scattered to the wind so that she would be found everywhere.

The memorial moment was held on August 11 2024 We created a link in zoom.  We, Petrea and Håkan held a memorial service for Lena over the internet for all her friends around the world. We got very close to Lena at the end. Lena wanted to be scattered to the wind so she could be Everywhere – and She is already here – Everywhere – with us – in our memories. In Sweden, we usually have a funeral ceremony first and then the closest people meet at a church coffee where you have a cup of coffee and remember the deceased person. During the memorial service, Petrea read an excerpt from the texts that have entered Lena’s memorial page, on fb, the web, etc. But she did not mention any names of those who wrote the texts.  Petrea read in Swedish and Håkan then translated into and English respectively. After the reading of all the text – text written with enormous love for Lena – that came in, we played the music that she wanted: The song “Snart kommer änglarna att landa” with Ulf Lundell Then we ended the  broadcast. We will send an email with a link with the memorial moment recorded, as well as the text we read, to those who had indicated that they wanted to attend the memorial service.
